Horrible customer service! I needed the 11 months of my rent added to my credit score explained that when taking to them which they did was also told I could expect at least a 40 point jump which did not happen I was just billed for the last month which did not need because I'm already through the loan process with purchasing my first home tried to get it cancelled and refunded and the person I spoke with was sarcastic and smart the whole time! I got 14 points for over $90 the first payment and just charged $20 something for the last month I didn't need and would not refund even the last payment! I would not recommend!! Christian employee who first helped me was great! But no longer is there... Sorry but I'm very unsatisfied with how I was treated

Rental Kharma has definitely changed my life I was kind of skeptical about signing up for their program at first I’m definitely happy that I did now. I spoke with Lynne Poole which is that greatest customer service I’ve received she was very patient, attentive, honest and knowledgeable about the service. She answered questions I was concerned about with beating around the bush or being pushy trying to make a sale she’s actually passionate about helping people achieve their credit goals. I called on a Monday by that following Friday she had submitted my last 24 months of rental history to Transunion the next Tuesday my credit jumped 43 points I was so excited. Best thanks to Lynne you’re the greatest.

This company is awesome. My credit score had a high jump !!! I was so excited to see the raise I'm my score...!!!Yessir!

My experience with Rental Kharma was phenomenal. Everyone that I have dealt with from start to finish was great. The customer service was always courteous and very personable whenever I had questions or needed something. Lindsey Warfield whom I spoke with this morning was very nice and knowledgeable. She gets 5 out of 5 stars from me because she was so nice, as well as she took care of all of my needs and questions. All in all the experience was great, and it allowed my family and I to purchase our new home! You guys rock!

To the CEO and founder you a damn lie Christian looked at our credit before going forward and again nothing was mentioned about anything on our credit. He also told my husband 4 days later and said he was unable to contact our landlord when he did a 3 way call and spoke to her. I will say this again he did not do his job in a timely manner and he’s a damn liar. Now good damn day.
