One instance involved a delay to an item, where they contacted me, rather than the other way around, giving me an option to cancel. I spent a great deal of time scouring the internet before choosing to buy two Schwalbe Marathon Original tyres intended mainly for commuting from Fawkes. I am not a knowledgeable cyclist when it comes to what is available in the digital ether but found their website extremely helpful in this respect. The price was competitive and the ability to easily return purchases convinced me to buy. The tyres were ordered on a Saturday and arrived via Royal Mail Parcel delivery on the Thursday.
