I appreciate that during lockdown there will inevitably be problems. However, I telephoned to ask if you had the shoes I wanted in stock, you checked and advised me that they were in stock and to purchase them online. This I did only to receive an email 48 hours later telling me you had no stock!! Sorry, just not good enough.
