5 stars doesn't seem enough for the company who just go the extra mile. Bought a spare axs derailleur from them & it had a problem (about a year & a half later) told fawkes, sent a photo & they had it collected & replaced by sram! Brilliant. Will definitely buy from them again.

As a first-time user of Fawkes I can only relate my own experience. I ordered a cycle helmet on-line late on a Monday afternoon, on Wednesday I received a message to say it had been dispatched and it arrived via Royal Mail at 10 past 1 the next day, Thursday. In my book that’s pretty good and the helmet was in its own manufacturers box and then inside another cardboard box so it arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. Also, I had emailed them prior to ordering and I received replies swiftly to my particular query and had follow-up emails to advise me of the progress of my order. One very happy customer.

The price for the part I ordered was as good as £40.00 cheaper than most and they replied to emails straight away,if I was to quibble they could be a tad quicker on despatch time,but definitely will use them again

I bought some expensive cycling shoes that didn’t quite fit, initially exchanging them for the next size up and then returning them for a refund when I realised that they just weren’t suited to my feet. The initial despatch was fast and the delivery prompt; the exchange was processed smoothly and the refund was processed quickly and without any difficulty. The whole experience was good and I would certainly use again. They will now be one of the first that I check for products.

First time I placed an order with this business and it was a gift for my family, later there was concern if the item would fit onto the bike, the customer service from Fawkes to cancel the order was friendly, quick and just generally appreciated. Absolutely brilliant service, I ordered some wheelchair tyres for a friend, they were dispatched the following day, unfortunately they got lost in the delivery system and were delayed, so I called Fawkes Cycles and got straight through to a human, no menus or chatbot just straight through to a human. The assistant was very helpful and said she would raise a query with Evri and if nothing happened in a couple of day call back. Well nothing updated on the tracking, so I called back an they said they'd send out another set of tyres, low and behold, within an hour of this conversion I received an email saying the original tyres were out for delivery, so I called back and cancelled the replacement tyres, they were so helpful and understanding, thank you for a brilliant service

Personal and great value experience

Used Fawkes for the first time recently. Have a great range of 'Italian' parts like Campag and Deda. Flawless website, ordering , delivery and prices. Dealt with a return quickly too. Will definitely use again!
