Since retiring two years ago, I'm down about 3000 miles a year on my cycle commute. I'm not wearing out my bike's bits and pieces as quickly these days. Hence my requirement for bits has reduced somewhat. However, after a recent pothole incident, I needed a new front tyre. So straight back to Fawkes website. I still had my loyalty benefit after several years and hard to beat prices, so I bought two. Free delivery too. There was a warning of possible delivery delays due to the current COVID-19 crisis. They arrived after 1 week. Excellent. I,'ll be back... Sam

Purchased a range of parts including tyres, tubes, tools, cleaning and lubrication solutions, and bike accessories - no complaint whatsoever and the delivery arrived very fast (Cambridge, UK) particularly considering the current coronavirus-associated delays. I would also like to note that their prices were very good - I carried out extensive (exhausting) research and shopped around to many online outlets including on Amazon, bikester, etc. etc. and the overall price of my order from Fawkes came out cheapest, and was more precisely what I wanted. Supporting a small, UK business and not adding to Amazon's mountainous pile of gold and riches - its win win. My only (small) suggestion would be for the inclusion of the ISO/ETRTO sizing - as someone not very familiar with tyre sizing, entering this world is bewilderingly frustrating, and I found sites which had the ISO code (which is an international standard and makes far more logical sense than the others) very helpful to get the correct tyre and avoid mistakes involving fractional vs decimal inches and such. Summary - cant recommend highly enough, and will not need to shop around next time.
