Despite heavy snow and myself being rushed into hospital the collection by Dean and payment for the car was seamless and absolutely no quibbles or awkwardness to try haggle. Dean picked the car up and was brilliant. Personable, friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. As a woman who doesn’t know a lot about cars (I’m happy to admit that!), and on my own, this could have been intimidating/ a worry but it was a genuine pleasure. I’d recommend to all. Honestly can’t thank Dom, Craig and Tony enough. From first making contact with motor dough the whole process has been amazing. Dom was open and honest, explained the whole process and came back to me within 5 minutes with a quote for my car. It took me a while to find the right car to buy, however Dom remained in contact throughout, but without feeling pressured. I had some damage caused to the paintwork in between the initial quote, again the whole process was simple and easy to update and a new price provided by Tony who booked the appointment for my car to be collected. Everyone I’ve spoken to have been lovely and made the process of selling a car stress free. I often think that’s hard to find with companies but Motor Dough have found the right balance with the staff they employ. Craig collected my car from my address who had a wealth of knowledge and was genuinely a caring person. He let me know when he’d be arriving and again explained everything that I didn’t need to ask questions because everything had been covered. Sold a family car due to bereavement and although knocked down on initial price offered before Motor Dough had seen photos etc, the photo upload was a simple process via WhatsApp rather than having to fit photos into a template. Also collection was key and immediate to the date requested. Was concerned the price would decrease upon collection as the company hired then have to take further photos which are very thorough including colour match, however all turned out well with money transferred to bank instantly. Although my mother doesn’t do online banking, a fully detailed receipt printout was emailed upon receipt of which the car was released. Considering the nature of this sale, Billie, Sam and Luke displayed sensitivity with a professional approach. Fully recommend and would definitely use again ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
