A very pleasant experience from start to finish. I was initially contacted after getting a valuation for my car online. The lady I spoke to enquired whether it was just a valuation or whether I still wanted to sell. Once confirmed, a member of the team, Jamie, contacted me to start the process. We went through the usual questions, and then I submitted a load of photos to get a valuation. I found Jamie very polite and friendly to talk to, although maybe a little eager with the follow-up texts. I imagine a lot of people don't actually follow through, so I understand the reason for them, as otherwise the whole process would be drawn out. I was given a valuation within an hour, and the next day I confirmed it. Craig and Andy showed up at the scheduled time and looked over the vehicle as expected. Great people to talk to, and very efficient and friendly in their service. Once the price was agreed and the payment made, the car was loaded up and off they went.

Be careful here! These guys have really messed us around. We had a call this morning telling us that they would give us £x amount and it was going to be collected asap, and they would arrange it all for us. An hour later I have another call saying "because we have gone into another month" (is that the best they can do!) it has dropped by nearly a grand! I asked these people not to mess us about as we have been through a lot of stress this week, and they have messed us around! Companies like this who take advantage of people by lying from the outset should be called out.

Absolutely effortlessly sold my car to this company. From start to finish it has been easy work. From speaking with ash, Jamie and Then Joel and his mate, they have.
