The process to sell my car was simple and straightforward and unlike some companies they collect your car from your home. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. As soon as I accepted the offer I was given a convenient date within 48 hours to collect the car. Further checks of the car are done on arrival and an offer confirmed. Before the car is taken from your home the money is transferred to your bank and only when you have confirmed receipt of the money is the car taken. Craig, the member of staff who collected my car explained this fully and explained any issues found with the car and even with these issues I was given a very good price for my husbands car. Craig was really friendly and helpful and a credit to the company. As I was going through the grieving process this company helped me to sell his car without difficulty. I would recommend this motor dough to anyone wanting to sell a car quickly for a good price.

Speed in completing the deal. I spoke to Jamie on Monday afternoon February 3rd. My car was picked up today Wednesday 5th February. The whole process went well from start to finish. Jamie was polite and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly to me so I felt reassured. Andy came this morning equally polite and friendly. Did all his checks and sent them back to Jamie. Within seconds Jamie was on the phone for my bank details. Whilst Andy was loading my car onto his vehicle the money was put into my bank account.
