Where is my order? 6 weeks on no response and ignoring my emails? Phone number on website doesn't connect either Scammer and police even informed. All.report

Brought an item for a present didn’t receive the item, the customer service number does not exist, can’t contact anyone as they don’t reply back to you, took my Money straight away but can’t get refunded Avoid at all costs

Ordered some ugg tazz for my daughters 21st in plenty of time may I add , 1st problem encountered was waiting for a tracking no , after emailing, as this seems the only way to contact this 'company'i received one .I then tried this as you do with any tracking no it diverts you to the courier , this however did not , I had to set up an account apparently which I did for ,suprise suprise ,it didn't work . I have recived as they call there chat threads a 'ticket ' like I'm waiting in Clarkes to be next for school shoes , to be told that basically the company won't be able to fulfill my order due to bad reviews and I will have to try and get a refund off my bank .In a nutshell anyone that writes glowing reviews is a compulsive liar seeing as the supposedly can't fulfill orders to them not trading .

ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS Cowboy/con company beyond belief How they can get away with it is beyond me Do an order and take your money with no goods had to refer to bank wish I seen these reviews. Only a mobile number on the website and clearly not legit!

To be honest, I don't know why I put 1 star, as I don't understand why this'company' is allowed to advertise on line and take people's hard earned money, it's absolutely disgusting. They really are scum and I hope they lose everything. I should have read the reviews and realised something wasn't right when there was only one method of payment. Please avoid like the plague. Even if I did receive the bag, I'd throw it in the bin as it's tainted.

This company is a scam, definitely avoid. I placed an order nearly two weeks ago and haven’t heard a single thing from them. i’ve emailed over and over again and even went onto customer support, i’ve also tried ringing the store and it said unavailable, do not order from here !!!

Bought Ugg tazz and almost instantly I retracted my order via email and requested a refund after seeing how weirdly set up their site was, just seemed very fishy. Got a refund granted, waited two weeks for the refund and I chased it up and was told that because people are saying it’s a scam website that their payment system was unable to send direct payments so I had to raise a dispute with my bank. THIS IS THE SCAM. The bank now will be able to give me my money back (at some point) and this company keeps the original payment.. it’s a joke. So I am still waiting for my refund after requesting one on the 23rd September. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
