Placed an order over a week ago. Seen these reviews and asked for a refund to which I was emailed back saying not to worry I should receive my tracking number in 72 hours. Still no tracking number and no contact when I emailed again. I will be raising a dispute with my bank after the 15 days have cleared

This website is an absolute joke! I order my item 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it nor have I received any tracking information even though I was told I would at the beginning of the week. I was also told 13 days ago my order would be here 10-12 days and still nothing!! I have sent numerous emails requesting my details and only been replied to once which was a week and a half ago when they told me it would be here by yesterday. Extremely poor customer service. Stay clear of ordering from this website.

Items never arrived

SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Made an order in September obviously still not received, was gave a load of garbage saying they are not scammers and told me tracking would be available in 72 hours. That was a week ago. Having to wait to claim a refund from my bank. Please do not waste your time.

Very poor customer service. They didn't want to issue a refund, and they aren't responding to emails. Also, the items are fake. Please avoid these scammers.

Total scumbags! Placed an order read these reviews after so contacted them to cancel, they replied pretending they were not scammers and cancelled the order, no refund though and that was a week ago, have contacted my bank to get the money back. Avoid this company they are just the worst.

Where is my order? I ordered some Uggs nearly a week ago. Went to chase up today and my order number doesn't exist. The phone number is a mobile number that is not answered. I have a horrible feeling that I have been scammed and I am devastated.

Made an order before looking into the company prior and now believe they are not genuine. I raised a ticket same day with them to cancel my order and refund me but still nothing, I will be contacting my bank to reclaim funds.

Feel so stupid. Wish I'd read these before paying for goods not received. Hopefully it'll be taken down soon. Also reported on Gov website - total scamming scum.

SCAMMERS bought some Ugg tazz slippers that I’d been looking for. But realised I’d had no confirmation email. Money has been taken from my bank account so hopefully 🤞🏽 can get a refund from bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company but means of telephone and email to no avail, they are quick enough to take payment for items, but don’t follow through with any means of communications, which then leads customers to be out of pocket with no items received and no explanation, I will be contacting Apple Pay to find out what I can do about getting my funds back this is the response I got Dear Valued Customer, We hope this message finds you well. Scam company. Just to reiterate I placed an order for Uggs boots and unfortunately realised and checked here after I placed the order. They claim they are not a scam company but DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! I contacted Ugg directly and they confirmed in an email to me that this company provides fake Ugg boots and they do not supply them. I have contacted my bank and also tried to cancel my order and surprise surprise there’s no way of connecting this company to get your money back. They will try to reply and claim They are genuine but only need to read these reviews to know that they should not be trusted. Ugg told me that they will notify the relevant bodies to have their website removed and they have been informed by many customers of these scammers!

Fake website!! I’ve been searching for weeks for the Ugg tazz and searched them on google and Wonshape was the first website that came up and I brought them straight away without looking on their website or at the reviews! Don’t fall for it like I did. Opening a dispute with the bank! I’ve also tried ringing the number and email on Wonshape and no reply. 🤦🏻‍♀️

So the ghd arrives. Shock horror they are fake. Code isn't recognised on ghd website. Do not buy from this company

I think this site is a scam. But I don’t know 100%. If WonShape tend to the ticket I raised on the help portal (#156) and come back to me about my order (#6038) then I may come back here and improve my review. Until then my verdict is they’re a scam.
