This company is a complete scam - very similar experience to many of the others who have posted reviews. I placed my order on Saturday, stupidly before I checked any of the reviews. I then requested to cancel the order via an online ticket and was told I would receive a reply within 24-48 hours and nothing. I also emailed them and still nothing yet I can see they have clearly been active replying to reviews on here. Now having to open a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. No communication from whatsoever! Stay well clear of this website!!

The products are fake. I ordered and had nothing for weeks, opened a dispute with Barclays and got my money back. Bag delivered the be at day and they reached out asking me to settle the dispute. What they didn’t know is in that time I ordered directly from the manufacturer since the colour I wanted was back in stock. These are very poor fakes, it’s quite clear when you put them side by side. If you’re not bothered get your products somewhere cheaper if you’re willing to skimp on quality. They also asked me to change my review on google, which I said I would happily do advising people of the counterfeit products. Avoid at all costs.

Rubbish scammers. Ordered a Kanken Backpack, took ages to come!! And never even got a tracking number!!! And eventually after a few weeks when it arrived at my house, it’s fake! What a surprise. Phone number won’t even work, and it’s a mobile number major red flag. I’ll be chucking the bag away , complete waste of money!!!! I’ll be reporting this company, absolute joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I presume all the items they sell on there are cheap knock offs. 0 stars

Although the phone was never answered I did get a response to my emails within a reasonable time scale. My order was delayed but the Longchamp le pliage bag has eventually arrived and I am very pleased with it.

I found my 'Le Pliage Tote Bag' on WonShape with a really good discount, so I was excited to place an order. However, my excitement waned as I faced a series of delays. First, the tracking updates took a long time to come through. Customer service wasn't very quick to respond to my queries either. According to their shipping policy, I expected the delivery sooner, but it got delayed. When I contacted them, they explained that the specific color I ordered was out of stock, causing them to ship it directly from their European source. While that was a bit frustrating, the tote bag finally arrived and I must say, the quality is really good. This is my first 'Le Pliage Tote Bag' and despite the hiccups, I'm happy with the product itself.

so they did arrive just now!!!! THESE ARE FAKE, THE DATE CODE IS NOT RECOGNISED ON THE GHD WEBSITE, VERY LIGHT TO HOLD, update, my bank has had to refund me and they are investigating these cowboys, notice there phone number has now vanished off the website, SCAMMERS do not buy from them, check the FB out, only one person on there, i purchased straightener never received them, as others when you try to track it cant be found, the number to contact is only a mobile number that doesnt connect to anyone, just tells you to try again later, the fact its a mobile is a clue, i thought if a website has a padlock by it its safe site, clearly not, totally scammers , for some reason i had a bad feeling when I ordered, should have gone with my gut

Do not order from this website they are scammers. Ordered tazz uggs never received any confirmation email, also tried to track order on their website and no order could be found. Tried to contact multiple times and number is always unavailable.

Agree with previous person. Also ordered Longchamps bag. It has not arrived. No confirmation email of receipt. No response to email requesting whereabouts of my order. Contact number appears permanently switched off. I am in the process of claiming money back from my bank. It can only be a scam website so please beware.

Ordered a Longchamp bag too on 10th Sept, finally received on 28th September and appears to be genuine. However customer service was terrible, phone number on site never answered and a lot of wrong information on website. Email replies often late at night and very sporadic. I was given two completely different reasons for the delay. Apparently this is a start up business they have told me, in which case they are letting themselves down and I won't order from them again. Be careful is my advice.
