Always used Brackley Street bakery but just lately its gone down hill, 4 weeks ago I had a delivery and the break was hard and the pastry on the meat pie was hard and cold, I've since tried a potato and meat pie and the potatoes were uncooked and cold and today Bought a raspberry and cream cake which was stale and the icing rock hard, I'm gutted but will give this Farnworth branch a wide birth from now on.b

Order arrived on time and packaged in a chiller bag. Good choice of Veggie pies and pasties.

The cakes were tasty and the bread rolls etc were out of this world very nice to have ate and the delivery of my products were in immaculate condition because they never got squashed in transit 👍👌⭐👍👌⭐. Would highly recommend this bakery to anyone.

Disappointed with the purchase. Filling of Lancashire Pie contained no meat as far as we could see. Absolutely nothing like the image as shown on Amazon. Threw 4 away. The meat pie barely better. Really disappointing and will not purchase again.

the cake was not there when i went to it up, call to HQ said they didn't have an order under that name, i had to go to my bank to get a statement to prove the money had gone out of my account for the cake. they did then say they had found the order and arranged for it to be made and home delivered the next day which they did

Catering order for King’s Coronation party, unfortunately they didn’t deliver one of the party pies, on contacting customer service they suggested delivery of a frozen one which would need time to defrost so was unsuitable, so we were therefore left short of pie but in excess of peas and gravy. The meat and potato pie we received was too peppery and not enjoyable to eat. Isn’t their first failure for catering, our last experience with a platter of strawberry tarts, they did t have enough so substituted some other cream cakes, the few tarts that arrived, each tart barely had one small strawberry, chopped into tiny pieces, massively disappointing. The food is not cheap either. Won’t be ordering again.
