Delivered to entirely wrong address - not even the same block of flats! Driver failed to call me to let me know he'd arrived. Product quality poot - needed more ingredients and more gravy.

The ordering process was very easy online. I ordered a celebration cake. The choices were very good on the ordering form and the cake looked lovely in terms of decoration and aesthetics, Unfortunately the cake arrived 2 days early than was requested which did make me think how long before was the cake actually prepared in terms of freshness. Also the amount of cream and jam filling was very minimal compared to other places I have ordered celebration cakes from in the past.

Great pies and bread

The low carb bread actually tastes and feels like bread. As a diabetic, this means I can eat food that looks like what every one else is eating. I would also recommend the low carb scones. The pies and bread rolls we had were also good

Ordered 2 multi portion pies for a small family gathering, meat and potato was well received and the vegans loved the cheese and onion. The way the pies were packaged was excellent with the chiller bag inside the box, along with the ice bags. Phoned customer service to confirm how long the pies stay fresh after delivery and the answers were straight forward and helpful….they stay fresh for 4 days by the way. Will definitely be ordering again…

My cake was beautiful and very moist and tasty. Also what was great was that a member of staff at the Cheadle bakery carried the cake out around to the car park which was great as it was quite heavy. Xxx

As a regular customer with Greenhalgh's i can honestly say the service i receive is excellent, they have a good range of tasty delights, and sometimes i have received a thank you suprise which is very nice of them. Thank you for your good service and i will be ordering again soon. 10/10.
