Its ok .. i mean I think you should explain the dividen more. Is it monthly or quarterly? Also is the 12% just off the initial investment?

The platform is pretty simple. Thought the first dividend would be higher but I guess it’s because of when I invested. Looking forward to some good results

Pretty good. could offer a higher dividend % though. my first dividend was only 3.3%

I am pretty new and don't have enough experience to evaluate the corporation yet.

So far it is 4 stars, however I have not seen the end payout yet. I am a little worried about the fact that I noticed that the company appears to actually take a much larger portion of profits than even a standard hedge fund.

Really too early to tell. I've had my investment for one and a half months and the dividend I received is equal to a yearly rate of 1.3%. Like I said its too early to tell and this request to review should've been given 1 year after I initially signed up not after 1.5 months.

It would be nice to get more specific details about the properties we are invested in: Address, year built, purchase price...even the thumbnail of one of them on the website as far as I can tell appears to be from a stock image library. I know I would feel better about my investment if I knew the real details and I'm sure others would as well. Next it would be nice to have a clearer picture of what / when my investment will reach maturity and how will I withdraw or reinvest my money when it's over.. does the money get automatically deposited back in my bank account? do I get a withdraw option that shows up on my account page when it's time? how do I track when that time happens? there is no info in the documentation or on the website about those details other than the broad 3 to 5 years mentioned. Update: ( It's been about 8 months since I originally posted this review so I thought I would do an update now ) The investment is consistently returning 0.416% every month for the last 8 months or roughly 5% APR While this isn't a bad return I would have to say if I was to do it all over again I would put my money in a higher yield dividend stock instead getting around 8% to 10% APR which would give me a better return and more flexibility / liquidity if I need the money for something else or want to change my investment at any time instead of being locked in for 4-5 years.

Diversyfund turned out to be better than expected, initially when I started the investment process I was kind of confused because I didn't know weather I should contact stock brokers or just test the water,little did I know they actually do the work for you all you have to do is to invest $500 and check your portfolio the following month, that's it
