Kudos to your UI and UX team. Both Portal pages and mobile app screens are simplistic and straight forward.

United States | 10 September 2020I like the investment in prime properties. and the expected returns. What I don’t like is that you seem to be locked in for at least 4 years. One cannot get out of the investment. i’m Just at 80 years old and I don’t know if I will be around in 2024!, So As a result I’m not putting any more money into the REIT even though I have the money to invest now. No doubt the returns are very attractive.

United States | 05 September 2020Although I love to concept of investing in real estate through an REIT, the app is not very user friendly. If anything it is very elementary and no functions to help view our investment, or interactive way to add funds. Every time I go in and want to add funds, it just takes me to my personal information screen again where it looks like I’m having to restart with opening my account. It also seems like the only denomination of investment allowed is every $500 which can be difficult for individuals like myself to invest more as we start off with Diversyfund.

I believe that once an investor makes the initial $500 investment he/she should be allowed to make additional contributions in $50 or $100 increments instead of only being allowed to invest in additional $500 Increments. This would allow the small investor (which this fund supposedly is targeted toward) to add to their investment instead of basically “starting over.”
