Communication with clients and giving updates as to where my money is going is the main reason for the low scores. I would like to know more about the projects diversify is using my money to help support and what I can expect in return.

I signed up to try this out, and it underperforms all other investments. Money is tied up with no access to manage it and at a very low Rate of return.

Investment was easy. Potential is great, hopefully this will truly be a great choice. If it works out I will definitely do it again.

Love it! Set it and forget it! I do wish the contributory minimum could be less than $500 but the powers that be are probably looking for higher rollers than my humble self. Having said that, put the money in and forget it.

So far the experience has been good. This is a way to invest in real estate without the hassle. I sm pleased so far because I already received dividends only weeks in. Overall great experience
