They will not allow direct payment of dividends! Where does it say in your on line literature does it say I cannot get my dividends when issued?

Very happy so far. Easy to get started!!

I've read multiple directly from professionals in the commercial mortgage industry that this business is in trouble. Commercial lenders are pulling back on loans to real estate investments trusts (REIT) for acquisitions and the industry is in trouble and need of some bailout $$$. This company only has a few deals "in progress" or even on its books!!! How can this company fund real estate acquisitions with only a few investors? Is that what they are doing or are they securing financing for acquisitions? Crazy !!! I'm personally looking at other more established companies that have been around longer and have more RE deals to choose from/in the pipeline.

So far so good! I just invested a month and half ago and got some dividend already. I like the financial literacy they offered. I am still checking the company out. Once I feel comfortable with them, planning to invest more. They approach in investing in real estate is very attractive.

Easy to understand and I feel safe investing.
