working with this company was very easy, everyone was very understanding and work with me explaining everything that needed and the time in which it will be done.

Pros: Finance process was simple, all done via email, with an occasional call for clarification to underwriting department. Documentation was clear and simple to understand. All processed through DocuSign. Overall, I was happy with this part of the experience. Cons: A few inquiries after approval could not be answered from the underwriter’s department. I was then referred to a different department, customer service I believe, with no pick up after waiting on the phone a while . They must have been busy that day, I guess. Therefore, I deducted the one star from this review.

While initially I had some problems registering to access my account, I was finally very pleased with the assistance I got from Dividend Finance customer service. My issue was resolved and I am now fully registered. I can say that at all junctures of my working through the problem, I was greeted by friendly personal wanting to give me the assistance I needed.
