Could not log in, when promt to reset p/w. The app went in circles, Tried calling, that section was'nt available on weekends, I work too, so do many others. Customer service, needs improvement. When I finally got through on a WEEK DAY, I wanted to pay-off my loan. I was offered a 10 day pay-off plan instead. I was asked for my routing, and acct number, It took me ten minutes to explain my acct info was already in your sysem. I finally got the clerk to set up my pay-off for that day. Oh-happy-day! seems that, Dividend Finance, only cares about, finance. (Terms & Condition)? Try customer service.

I was a bit nervous at first however after asking a lot of question and experiencing such dedication, I felt relieved. This has been a truly wonderful experience, from beginning to end. I was always kept in the loop as to what was going on, and if I had any question I would call and if the person was unable to answer my question they knew where to direct me for and answer. Going Solar can get a little crazy and confusing from the first contact by Solar Homes to the first day of using solar power. There wasn't as much communication from the contacts, the inspectors, and the installers as I would have liked but the process finished perfectly. Dividend Finance was there with amazing financial assistance and all the information I would and did need to know, including "The Solar Guidebook" received the very same day that I started using solar power. What seemed like a bumpy ride ended so smooth and clarified every question I had without even asking any!
