I love chocolate gingers but sad to find some of them were turning white as if they were out of date. I sadly think I won't be ordering anymore, even though it has always been my favourite sweet especially at xmas.

Ordered lots of lovely sauces, stocks and gravy, and planned the weeks food accordingly. After 5 days waiting I contacted them to be told delivery is 10 days. I thought this excessive in this day and age. After 11 days I got a notification that the parcel was damaged and wouldn’t be getting delivered. On contacting them, I expected some great customer service, and replacements to be rushed to me. How wrong I was, the man on the phone wasn’t bothered about anything like customer service, offered a refund and put the phone down. Still waiting for the refund, but not holding my breath. Worst retail experience I’ve ever had.
