They're a really nice company that offers a different type of game and puzzle compared to other outlets. A really nice selection at decent prices and they delivery fairly quickly

Less than 24 hours of ordering the game was delivered. Although a birthday gift I am certain that my great nephew will love it as he has other games from this company.

Customer service not replied to two emails. Accidentally sent the package to my old address without realising. Emailed to say photo on delivery was not my address. No reply. Week later realised my mistake and emailed to apologise. No reply. Have ordered several times but poor customer service doesn't deserve my business. Had to reorder as a promised gift but won't be ordering again

Easy ordering. Items arrived quickly and well packaged. I was informed when they had been dispatched and was able to track the delivery. Both the Magnetic and Illusion tile sets were excellent value at the sale price.

I received a gift voucher for Christmas. I was very disappointed at the lack of choice in jigsaws. I ordered 2 Mike jupp puzzles. The pictures accompanying them are too small to see the details. The colours are all too similar. Sorry, but not impressed.

Red Herrings game BEWARE BUYER - (unlike other purchases from them) This game is great in principle but a disaster in practice. If you wear glasses or have visual problems like me you will not be able to read the cards if placed more than 75cm (just over 2 feet) away -as you need to according to the rules. The big card shown on outside of box is 20% bigger than actual cards inside (12cm rather than 10cm). Is that a good way to advertise your product? Their terms don’t allow returns - in this case: make sure you read them carefully before ordering. Tried playing on 31 December 2025 having bought on 22 November but delivered mid December

Company guaranteed order would be delivered before Xmas. Order placed 15th December 2024 and order not received until 27 December 2024. Dishonest to guarantee delivery. Very disappointed.
