The product was fine but the delivery was late . The customer services were very good and helpful. However because the delivery missed the deadline for Christmas, the puzzles were a Christmas present, I felt very disappointed

The Happy Puzzle Company have an excellent product range! Items ordered were dispatched quickly and arrived well packaged too.

Easy to order. Excellent choice - in fact hard to choose but the two puzzles we chose were very well received by the 8 years olds to whom they were given and taxed both them and the adults overseeing them. We can see they will give hours of fun and challenge. Age range was helpful and accurate.

In spite of rattling around a bit in the big box, everything arrived safe and sound and in time. I haven't seen inside the boxes myself as I sent them on to grandchildren, but as far as we can see, it is excellent quality.

The product arrived intact and fairly quickly. SO as far as the company is concerned, no issues whatever. The puzzle was opened on Christmas eve. We just found the puzzle too confusing, the instructions has too much waffle and by the end of the game, the six that had started were down to three with the other having lost all interest.
