Great service, shockingly fast delivery. They ran out of the free atomizer I was supposed to get with my purchase, so instead, they wrote me a handwritten card explaining the situation (with little drawn hearts! Soooo personal and cute!) and informing me that they sent me additional extra samples instead for the inconvenience (I got so many nice ones). What a great customer experience! It's little details like this that make the whole difference, they could've sent an email, or just sent extra samples without the card, but a handwritten card with hearts.. they've won me over. Also like other users mentioned, customs in Dubai charged an additional 166AED so keep that in mind.

Original perfumes were received from the shop along with a free sample which I appreciate and now wanting to buy those perfumes as well :) Just to share that their delivery charges in the system is juts a transit from the shop to DXB. Hence, if it will be delivered to you here the local courier might ask for an additional fee. Based on my experience yesterday 20.06.2024 FedEx asked me for AED 188 delivery fee. Just for your information so your expectation will be set prior. Thank you :)

Fake bottle of aftershave, the stem did not go all the way down when I pulled off the sticker, a nice smell but not creed aventus - never shop here again.

I wish other companies had the exemplary customer service La Maison du Parfum provide.First of all their shipping is the fastest and easiest to track I have ever experienced even within my own country.I ordered a fragrance house sample box and there had been a tiny leakage in transit I emailed the company about this and received an immediate apology and a promise to send me a second box free of charge and some gifts for my trouble.They were sent immediately and arrived today beautifully packaged and with an apology note.I will be buying all my fragrance here from now on and recommending them to everyone I know.
