It was satisfactorily fast shipping except of the following: 1. FedEx didn’t deliver it to our house and my husband waited until 230pm. Their tracking showed that FedEx dropped it off to their nearby branch so I have to beg my husband to pick it up. 2. The Free atomizer was not sent. I emailed, they said they will send it but none has been delivered nor notification that it’s on its way. Love the perfume, though!

The purchase arrived fairly quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to have received free samples. However, two of the samples were broken. I don’t know if this occurred upon packaging or this is the fault of the delivery driver.

How do you get five stars? You go above and beyond to make sure your clients come back! My first order unfortunately was incorrect and within 24 hours, the new order was on its way....that is AMAZING! I will continue to come back...WELL DONE!

Have to agree with David Lord be mindful if ordering from the UK Fed ex charged me £61.03 duty on a bottle of sospiro vibrato. Should have read the small print on import charges. Absolutely no problem with the delivery or company just an unexpected surprise to be hit with that amount of duty. La Maison could have given a rough reference as of charges

Quick and efficient service.

This is not a scent for me personally. This smells like a baked good mixed with wood or something. The smell is weird to me, not outdoors, citrus, fruity or even floral. Definitely not for me!

DO NOT USE IF IN ENGLAND- Bought a bottle of Creed in November last year. Got delivered to my work address and received it in December- All good.. Delivered by FedEx. Today I have been informed that FedEx have placed a charge of £46 against MY COMPANY (which was just a delivery address) As no one in our Accounts didn’t know what this was for and had no contact number to ask it went unpaid and today they have doubled the charge to £92, this also included a copy of delivery note with my name on. Disgusted that they and FedEx have charged me for something (I still am unsure of what the charge is for? Shipping tax? Disbursement tax?) So have had to pay an additional £92 for something I have no knowledge about and I now have to explain to my Head Office why FedEx have tried to charge them. Again this was just a delivery address and no additional monies should have been paid as La Maison du Parfum never said there would be additional costs. Disgusted. Again DO NOT USE…
