On Saturday 18 May 2024, my children and I drove from Germany to Maastricht to visit this store. My son, 15, is extremely interested in perfumes etc and was looking for a specific perfume. We were greeted by a very friendly and preofessional gentleman named Can. He immediately realised we were not simply "browsing" and he also quickly assessed correctly that my son was very knowledgable on the details of perfumes. We spent at least an hour in the store and received FANTASTIC support from Can. He was able to suggest and present perfumes that we had not heard of, based on our tastes and scent preferences (Woody, Lemony , Leathery etc). His knowledge is amazing and helped us decide on a perfume that suits us, as the one which we had come to buy was sold out. I can only highly recommend and highly rate Can for his outstanding, professional, friendly service as well as his incredibly detailed knowledge of his products. The store itself is highly appealing and an excellent representation of the market in which it is competing. I would highly recommend Can be promoted to company director immediately!!!! 😁 It would be a great opportiunity for the company to also consider opening a store in Cologne, Germany. Well done La Maison Du Parfum and WELL DONE CAN!!

I orderd blonde amber from La Maison du Parfum. My experience was good it came well packaged and protected. They also gave me 4 free samples which i am very thankful for. Only complaint was with fed ex and how the package came more than a week later than they scheduled. But i cant blame La Maison du Parfum for that.

Very fast and accurate processing

Although first trying to deliver my item got damaged due to fedex fault, they were quick and efficient with resending a new bottle and were kind enough to through in many gifts to compensate for the inconvenience which was not nessecary as it wasn’t their fault but went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied.

Flawless delivery with barely any wait time…..is there a similar scent but is longer lasting please advise?
