Better protect was so very understanding very polite and extremely patient after I had explained I was hard of hearing. There was no pressure sales they they kept in constant touch and still are just to make sure everything is ok I would and will recommend them to friends and family, finally I must mention Charles who was absolutely fantastic and I thank and so glad I found better protect.
