Very good service. Dealt with one person throughout assessment process over an extended period of time which was nice. Price for cover seems reasonable. Quite persistent after initial enquiry but I guess they have to be and it did result in me becoming a new customer so... Happy all around!

The consultant that I spoke with was very patient and took his time to explain everything to me and was very transparent an took me though all the options that were available. Also had a good sense of humour

Life assurance application. When we applied for life assurance through Better Protect we were made to feel at ease throughout the whole process. We had to have a medical review which delayed the process. However we received a phone call or a text every week to keep us in the loop and let us know what the position was. I would definitely recommend them for their efficiency and friendliness.
