The agent I dealt with was named Katie. She was first class. Very helpful, kept all her promises as honest and trustworthy. I would definitely give her five stars. When Katie went on holiday the service fell away slightly but overall I think that this is a good broker that I will use again. I had never had any prior dealings with Better Protect, just made an enquiry on the net.
