Overall very good explained the policy in detail only problem was the encrypted email they sent i couldn't open it on 3 different apps ie pdf being one.

Awful customer service. Made application for life insurance, had our medical interview and they informed us that they have sent the application to the insurance company and would be in touch. One month later after numerous phone calls and emails and never being able to get on contact I called the insurance company direct who informed us they accepted our application 3 weeks ago and had sent it back to better protect who never informed us.

My contact was Josh, he explained everything thoroughly so I understood exactly which policy I was eligible for and dealt with all aspects extremely professionally so much so that my wife took out her own life policy with him a few days later.
