In addition to the fantastic selection, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the perfumes . Good customer service, slow shipping took 5 days (I think they just added overnight though) The fragrance smelt terrible and made me sick which is nit whiffys fault it's mine for not testing . Will stick to perfume.co.nz

good fast shipping, good service

I was recommended to use Whiffy by a friend and I was not disapointed .I ordered 3 fragrances that all arrived within a few days.They all had great packaging and smelt fantastic.

Shipping was not packaged with any protection. The perfume was just put into a box and the courier dropped it inside my gate. Upon opening the perfume, the bottle was scratched and the spray nozzle was damaged so now when I try to spray, it gets stuck. I have given the feedback to the business for future customers and personal purchases. Owner advised would speak to the courier company. However, I believe the owner also needs to take some responsibility and package the goods with protection. These are glass bottles they ship after all.

Great communication throughout the entire process. The perfumes arrived quickly and were packed securely to ensure they arrived in pristine condition. I LOVE THE PERFUMES! The quality, smell and overall presentation of the perfumes did not disappoint!
