Great communication regarding my order and some helpful suggestions for future discoveries

I got my order under a week so fast. Your tracking service was on point. I was down to retrieve my parcel within the half hour of delivery. However the box was riped and it looked like someone may have tried tp tamper with it. Your packing with the extra brown paper may be made it harder to reach the products you had packed.
