Unfortunately when the car arrived it stunk of smoke and was very obvious that the company hadn't attempted to clean it. When I emailed the person I was dealing with the whole time I got "unfortunately I wasn't in the office that day" and "sorry the result wasn't 100%" There was never a follow up or offer to get it or pay for the car to be cleaned or valeted my end. Very disappointing note to end on.

United Kingdom | 13 July 2024Absolute joke of a company,bought the car cash for my daughter (Her Dream car ) faulty from the start£8,000 ,said we had EXTENDED WARRANTY when purchasing then 1 week later ECG SENSOR faulty took the car back ourselves,(40 minutes drive )then 1 week later picked it up again back brakes weren’t original so whistling came got intouch with complaints department said we only had 3 months warranty????then said they would solve the issues (never heard back from them) after numerous attempts,so I’m applaud at the complaints department and the sales team who when you phone say it’s a £120 for a plug in to see the problem with the car which I had an R A C report in my hand ???? Never again would I buy from this company again,,,Beware

Asif is only interested when he is getting your cash, not interested when having issues at collection and neither is Adam just sat on his backside. Incorrect mileage advised to finance company on PCP so will be charged for excess mileage if we do keep the car the full term, please don't tell me you will pass the review to customer care cos they don't care, over 7 months since I contacted them and still waiting - don't not waste your money at this 'dealership'.

From my initial phone enquiry, test drives to sale completion, Hannah proved knowledgeable, attentive, easy to talk with, honest engaging and authentic. I felt listened to and understood; I felt no pressure to buy a car or additional products (warranties service plan etc.) The car was presented on collection day as expected including a minor paint repair requested/agreed. I travelled 90 miles for the right car at the right price and had an easy buying experience made even smoother by Hannah, Thank you.

A polite, friendly and professional manner was always evident. Can't be easy for those girls to have to inform customers of setbacks etc, so I can't recommend them enough. United Kingdom | 03 July 2024Bought my son his first car which he was very excited about, it came with 1 years warranty. We asked for a price on another year to give him piece of mind. We were told £140. So we paid for this. One year later, we are called by Pentagon Renault to renew his warranty??? When we looked into the fine print the salesman had sold us an upgrade on the one years warranty NOT a second years warranty as we had asked and paid for! We contacted Pentagon Lincoln and they agreed! And we were promised another years warranty would be applied. It wasn’t! A week later I went onto the dealership and spoke to a salesman (Ryan). I asked why he had ignored my emails? He said he hadn’t (despite not replying) and I asked him to get his manager. His manager spoke to me and said a new warranty would be in place in the next few days. (Guess what?) Over a week has passed and again after sending repeated emails asking what is happening, we have heard NOTHING. Customer service is just so bad! They take your money quick enough, but when you need anything or something has gone wrong! They just ghost you! I’ll never buy from them again

Jordan has been an absolute star throughout the whole process; explaining everything thoroughly, sorting all the paperwork in record time, communicating brilliantly & making sure I had the best new car experience. The whole team seem to genuinely care about their customers & are all friendly & approachable. I will happily return when the time comes for my next car!

United Kingdom | 28 June 2024I received a safety recall from Vauxhall regarding toe links. I booked it in at Vauxhall pentagon derby. Took in on 21st June. Work not done as this was only a check but they did manage to compile along list of jobs they said were in need of attention (£3.500+)estimate. I only drove a few miles after leaving dealership when engine management light come on ,never happened before . Drove to my usual garage and they canceled this fine for a few miles now service light came on my garage are investigating issues . Not accusing anyone of anything but I am definitely avoiding Vauxhall pentagon.

United Kingdom | 24 June 2024I am a motability customer. I was interested in the Dacia Jogger. Pentagon's motability specialist Jackie Lee was exceptionally kind and helpful to me. It's not everyday that you get a customer like me! 6ft 2ins tall with 29ins legs, artificial left knee and right hip and a spinal injury, aged 76. We tried every car in the show room of various makes and models. All to no avail. She gave me her contact details for when the new models would arrive. I have since managed to find a vehicle that suited my needs. As she had been so helpful and kind to me; I rang her to say thank you and I wouldn't be contacting her later re new models.

Would warn anyone from buying a car from Pentagon Loughborough, have messaged and rung but still waiting for anyone to get back in touch

United Kingdom | 12 June 2024I was booked in with pentagon Huddersfield branch with a recall on my CUPRA I few days before the booking we decided to have a ride to find where this garage was as we don’t live in the area, what outstanding service we got on arrival, having spoke to the man in charge of service I think he was called Simon he offered to get someone to look at the recall if we had a spare half hour, we had a coffee & the car was sorted within the half hour 10/10 thank you so much for completing this for us your customer service is second to none

United Kingdom | 12 June 2024After viewing the Pentagon Seat website I was attracted to the Arona SE Tech priced at £16,695. When I contacted my local seat branch which is Chilwell, i was informed the offer was no longer available. However, they did have an Arona FR Sport at £18,995 or the Xperience Lux at £19,995. After Simon gave me a trade in value of £11,000, i booked an appointment for a test drive for the following monday. It wasn't until I had travelled to their showroom that they informed me, the offer was no longer available. Even though it was still showing on their website! This amounts to very poor customer service, and even though my last 4 new cars have been seats, this experience, makes me think I should look elsewhere. Just to add. I sent off an email to customercare@pentagon. As yet, not even an acknowledgement of my complaint! Update to my review. I can only repeat as previously stated. Customer care at Pentagon have not even acknowledged my complaint.

Ian Edwards was patient, helpful, but above all, totally upfront about everything, giving me peace of mind that I'd made a great choice! Ian was also very helpful sorting finance and advising on additional packages, including a warranty that included top level breakdown cover. An all round great experience, and I would definitely recommend Pentagon Runcorn to anyone looking for their first or next car!
