Exactly as advertised

Order was easy and arrived as estimated. Pictures came out beautifully. However, the products looked a little cheap because the frame doesn’t have the glass. I was disappointed.

Enjoyed placing an order with Frame The Alphabet Company. They gave a lot of choices as far as pictures were concerned. Frames are unique and complement the photos well. The backing to the frames are quite simple & obviously inexpensive. That is the only thing I did not like about the finished product. Shipping was great, received quickly and packed well. I would say that the value was very good, since it was a sale item. Would do business with this company again in the future.

I love the letters, but the sticky tape isn’t the greatest.

The final product frame was beautiful, but the pictures themselves where not as expected. The individual pictures were printed as one metal piece. It was not individual pictures with a matte board background and glass frame like I expected. The pegs that hold the metal piece in the frame were very fragile and break off easy.

Sign came out perfect

The reason why I would give a two star review is because the gift I received wasn’t anything like what it looked like online. I picked the teal color and the sepia tone for the pictures on wood. The teal was made into a sea foam green because of the sepia. But it never appeared that way online. The photos were supposed to be sepia and the teal was supposed to be teal. It wasn’t what I wanted or expected and I ended up paying more for something that didn’t turn out like what I wanted. I ordered two frames, one of them was done perfectly so that’s why I give two stars. But the one I really needed wasn’t so I was left extremely disappointed.
