I loved my initial order from Frame The Alphabet. I decided to at an “s” to our surname and had difficulty with the website so I called. Customer service rep was rude and very short with me. I wanted to make sure I ordered the same finish I NEVER received my second order and the frame and pics remain in my closet....

Very beautiful frame and pictures. My family loves it. I upgraded to the driftwood ( or barn board sorry don't remember) frame and it's was so worth it. Delivery was on time, very well packaged. No complaints at all. Would recommend Frame the Alphabet and would order from them again.
