Ordering was easy. Quality of product received was o.k. The "Customer Service" Rep I dealt with on line needs to be retrained.

Delivery was quick, but wasn’t worth the $45 plus shipping that I paid for it!

Nice piece . wood is a bit flimsy but overall the work is very nice and I would recommend.

Letters were bigger than I expected and the frame was a little cheaper quality, but on the wall, it looks really great!

My daughter and i have purchased several of these for wedding gifts. They are always a great different idea gift. You never seem to amaze us as to final product look.

The processing time was exceptional. However, I found the actual selection of alpha photos to be minimal and the actual size of the photo to be much smaller than expected and looked smaller with all the framing.

I enjoyed creating it and being able to play with the different colors and letter styles. I received it quickly and really like the way it looks.
