Our order from Frame The Alphabet came on time and as specified. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and get frequent compliments from visitors! If they had more designs we would order them for our other homes. (We own a home in a skiing area and a beach area as well). Very happy!!!

I'm giving it one star because that's the least number I could rate it! Disappointed, to say the least! I placed an order for 5 letters, paid for them, but never received them. I called to let them know and got the run around. Still have not received my order. Shouldn't they have at least given me a full refund??
