Pip's made a very quick response to the order. The delivery driver when faced with an obstructed driveway went beyond the call of duty, by telephoning and waiting until a person could attend and move out of the way. I'm really sorry about the delay but pip's earn five stars for their customer service ethos.

This is the second time we've used Pips Skips. Both times the skip arrived when they said it would and they collected promptly when we'd finished. Small suggestion - a list of the prohibited items arrived by email after we had filled the skip, so perhaps send it out the day the skip is booked. Thankfully I think I had remembered everything that the lovely lady told me about when I booked.

The delivery was timely, slightly earlier than expected. The pick-up was timely too. The one difficulty we encountered was that the door did not open. A serviceman was sent but he could not get the door to function. However, we were offered a discount (approx. 10% of the hire fee, approved by the Director) for which we are thankful.
