Pips office team where very informative, offered the ideal solution for us which was a load and go. The gentleman that brought the skip was extremely helpful and helped us to load. Even though it was a load and go, we were not made to feel under pressure to get our items loaded. A stress free experience.

Extremely good service . Booked online and also spoke to Beth who was brilliant. She managed to get the skip and permit sorted out in record time as I hadn’t given 7 days notice . I emailed her to change the waste materials in it but with no out of office notification, I eventually rang the office and again spoke to very cheerful Kathy . Bit of confusion re the extra charge needed but all resolved satisfactorily . Daniel , the driver , was so considerate and careful with the positioning of the skip , looked like he’d done it before . 🥳🥳
