Phoned office numerous times to speak with James .Ignored our Messages and notes all never replied to . Totally shocking . It’s just communication which they seem to struggle with . And as for their reply , yes we owed money , yes we paid you which we informed you , but it still doesn’t alter the fact that no one had the decency to reply to my numerous calls , if you would of talked to me . This would not be on here .
