Nicole Paolini was extremely professional, personable and capable in arranging my mortgage. The were many requests from me for information which she did her best to address. For information requested of me she was willing to work with my time limitations. She also helped me in (a ridiculously non-digitally savvy person) at her office to get many of the documents printed or e-mailed to her. I can't say the process was flawless, but Nicole certainly was. Suggest you do your best to keep her. REG

This was my first experience buying a home and everyone with Summit was so patient, informative and helpful with me. It really helped make starting this next chapter in my life not so frightening.

Most of the process went well. I enjoyed the fact that I could upload items from my home instead of bringing them in and making sure that I had all the documents with me. Didn't really seem to have much of a problem with associates. Personality clashes did happen, which did make a little bit more stress.

Mud was great to work with and made himself available after hours to accommodate my travel/odd hours. Showing that extra commitment made my decision easy that I had made the right choice when shopping for a mortgage . Thanks again Mud!
