They made everything as easy as possible. They always answered my questions immediately and made me comfortable and feel important to them. I always felt as they cared.

Mike really knows what he's talking about, but I did need to be clear that I needed extra hand-holding as a first-time home buyer. Which is fine - we worked together really well and I greatly appreciate everything everyone did to make this process simple! Everyone was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would highly recommend them.

Was willing to work with me during non work hours times like nights and weekends. He was able to keep constant communication with me and updates about the documentation he may need. Working with my broker, Mike was excellent. He was always very quick to respond to my emails or calls with questions, even outside of normal working hours. He answered my many questions with patient and extensive knowledge. He helped make the mortgage process so easy – I have a feeling it would be a much different experience without his help! He even came to the closing which was great because my agent happened to be out of town.
