I ordered a hat which arrived very quickly. That on it's own was good enough for 5 stars. Anyway, I'd ordered the wrong size. I phoned up, they had the next size up and one of the team kept it on his desk until I put another order through the website. The second hat arrived the next day and I simply sent back the one that didn't fit. And was refunded very very quickly. I'll be coming here again. And by the way, Tilley hats rock!

Very helpful with my sizing concerns. Fast responses. What more? Thrown in freebies without have to ask. Will definitely buy from this site again. On the side note shipping is expensive, fast and reliable of course. But I wish they offer alternative cheaper shipping method.

In an age of rotten, slow, outsourced call centers, Pediwear is fighting the trend and I think they're winning. I ordered an item that had just gone out of stock and, unfortunately, out of production. The Pediwear team sent an email immediately, recommending a very close substitute. They ended up having to hand inspect the next lot of shoes that arrived to find me the widest shoe of the batch, which they did, and promptly shipped to me. This is only my second purchase from them (I am a US customer), but I will always check their offerings first, before looking elsewhere.

I have never really liked hats but recently I was found to have long term sun damage to my temples and advised to wear a hat with a brim. I sat by a man on a bus and liked the look of his hat. I bought my first mephisto sandal in 2001 when I was in France. I visit a lot of countrys with it, there were indestructable!!!!! When they ''die'' couple weeks ago, my expectation was high to buy another pair. I shop a lot to have the best service/price/quality ratio. Having had Barkers shoes before I knew my size and fitting, so I was not concerned about buying shoes online - and all the faff of returns etc. Shoes arrived quickly and with great shoe trees, polish etc. Will definitely be back for more as time to get to shops is a real pain for me.

So far I have ordered 10 pairs of shoes from Pediwear, and have never experience a problem - shoes have been delivered very fast, and in a couple of cases when I ordered during the vacation period of the shoe factories, I was notified that I could expect a couple of weeks of delay.
