I was looking for a pair of black brogues and found just what I wanted on the Pediwear website. Delivery of the Loake "Royal" brogues was quick and the shoes were perfect except that they were too big. I immediately sent them back to Pediwear for replacement only to be told that they were out of stock in the new size and would have to be ordered from the manufacturer. I expected a long delay but, within days they arrived. I can't fault Pediwear for the service and would definitely recommend them.

I ordered some shoes from Pediwear, which came very quickly. They weren't the right size (my fault, not theirs) and when I phoned Pediwear to ask about exchanging them, they gave helpful advice, an honest assessment of when the replacements (not in stock) would arrive, and exchanged them with no problem. I would certainly use them again an recommend them.

Pediwear chose because I was bribed low prices, large selection and ease of payment. I ordered the shoes, served quickly, delivered faster than expected. I ordered a pair of Loake 1881 shoes from Pediwear. I received it, together with shoe trees, a small can of polish, a shoe horn, and shoes bags, for around 200£ for the whole, including transportation & VAT (and I only had to pay the Swiss one which is really appreciated, as very often I get to pay both the UK and the CH one). Definitely a good deal.

Pediwear offered 3 to 5 working days delivery so despite the fact they were not the cheapest I placed my order late on friday evening over the web, i had a automatic confirmation of order, and on Saturday a personal acknowledgement -all looking good - my order (a hat) then floated around in the ether till Thursday when i had a notification of dispatch. It arrived Saturday am to late for me to take on holiday (its intended use) as i had a 7 am flight Sat. In short NOT delivered within 3 or even 5 working days as promised. Buy yours from someone else, I wont be ordering from them again.

I purchased a pair of Loake semi brogues, phoned and advised of a flaw , I then forwarded a picture from my iphone to you with no answer. After further inspection of these shoes I would suggest these are seconds.

Bought a pair of Loake shoes using the price pledge and received an extra 5% discount. When the shoes arrived they had some small wrinkles on them which I mentioned to the customer service. They offered me a free of charge return or an exchange for a new pair. Alternatively an extra discount on the ones I had if I could live with the wrinkles. All of the conversation took place during 24h and after that I was a happy customer.I will definitely shop here again.
