I have used Pediware twice now. Both times to buy a very expensive pair of shoes for my boyfriend. I can't rave enough about Pediwear. After my shoes arrived I've recommended Pediwear to all my friends. When I bought my pair of Barker shoes, there was a slight delay from the manufacturer. Pediwear compensated me by throwing in a free pair of laces, polish and a shoe horn. This level of customer service is above and beyond for an online shoe store. Pediwear maintain the same level of customer service you'd expect from a high level fashion store if you we're there in person. I'm very happy with my new shoes. When they were posted, they only took 4 days to arrive at my house in Australia.

I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service. Products seem to be carefully selected and are of a high standard, in my experience so far. Not strictly necessary but most welcome freebies (shoe polish etc) mean that I will undoubtedly shop with Pediwear again. Whenever I am planning to purchase a high-quality pair of shoes, Pediwear will be my first port of call.

Product dispatched promptly by Pediwear. Parcelforce couldn't deliver as I was out but sent me a note with an illegible order number on it which I phoned parcelforce about but got nowhere fast. I remembered that Pediwear had sent the correct order number with a dispatch e-mail and so used it online for the parcel to be delivered tomy nearest post office. When I went to clooect it the first time, they told me it had been sent back as they couldn't find it. I returned the next day and spoke with the owner who after half an hour eventually found it. One month from order to eventual collection, all thanks to the incompetence of several people within Parcelforce and the post office. Never again. Royal mail every time please.

I've purchased a few things from Pediwear lately including Loake 1880s, an Ashwood leather briefcase, leather wallet and a luxury valet box. Each item has been sent out straight away and with good communication. The site is easy to use and there are some great brands on there including Crockett and Jones which I was pleasantly surprised about. I will likely buy all my shoes from them now. Only one piece of constructive criticism would be to update the product pictures.

I had recently ordered a Telly T5 from Pediwear and received my hat in a very short time. It was well protected inside a nice shipping box and the hat is in prefect condition upon arrival. I'm very happy with both the product and service provided by Pediwear. They are excellent and highly recommended. Thanks a lot Pediwear.
