In both cases, the products were just what I needed and fitted well, so I can't comment on how well they deal with returns, except to say that on the basis of my experience with their communications, I expect they deal with them very well. In both cases I received emails explaining slight delays or other problems in a most civilised way, clearly written by someone who was interested in providing customers with what they require. In my view, an excellent and most civilised company.

United Kingdom | 06 July 2013I bought two shoe bags and was both very pleased with the bags and with the speed at which they arrived and the way in which they were packaged, so the service and product are excellent. However each bag cost £2 postage so I did feel that £4 postage was a bit excessive given that they both fitted into a small mail-lite which was very light. However I appreciate that you charge postage per item so your system is not geared up to post by size/weight/real cost. I did put me off buying more bags though. I guess I have been spolit by the free delivery from Amazon. I don't do much online shopping so realise that your system is probably completely standard. I specifically asked the delivery company to call me prior to delivery as this was to be delivered to my home address and I would not be home (but in close vicinity). They never called. I even contacted the delivery company to ask if they could add my name to the package, but this was impossible...Welcome to 2013! My shoes got here, but it was still a bit worrying when the delivery company did not really respond OR when they did no changes were possible. Shouldn't it just be to update the information in a computer system...?!

Otherwise, a reasonably good selection at competitive pricing. Reply to Mike: Dear Mike, Thanks for your reply. My opinion has not changed at all, my experiences (x3) have all been bad with Pediwear. Firstly one of my items was cancelled, then an order (my very first one) was left unattended for over 2 weeks. Then when I followed up the non delivery of the shoe tree which I rightly selected the blame was passed back at me for not selecting the option. You have now implied yet again, that I'm somehow not capable of following simple instructions (despite the fact that I'm familiar with the ordering system as this was not my first order) and would not consider that there could be a slim possibility that your system simply failed to record an order correctly. Frankly, I'm now not only disappointed but also quite frustrated. I was trying to give an open and honest feedback but at the same time tried to be fair despite the three bad experiences I had with Pediwear.

So much so that when I returned the hat for replacement, I included a letter of thanks for their help, guidance and telephone manner - the first of such in my life.
