I was looking on the internet for a Tilley Hat but couldn't find any online store that had it in stock and could deliver it to my country. Via Amazon I found the Pediwear store. I ordered the hat on a national holiday, and on the same day I received a personal email with an estimated delivery date. This personal approach continued when I opened my box (right on time!), with a handwritten note in it wishing me the best of luck with this hat. This personal approach feels nice on an otherwise anonymous internet, and makes me very confident that I will get the best of help when something should go wrong within the warranty period. I would recommend this store to anyone!

There was a small stitching error on my Grenson Dylans. Not enough to detract from a largely positive experience, and certainly not enough for me to return them.
