Ordered a leather briefcase for my son. Areas for improvement: FedEx/DHL delivery to Russia, provide more photos (shoe soles) and info (tie width) on the website. The rest went just fine, the parcel arrived a little earlier than expected, perfectly packed and of expected quality.
