I have had issues with finding a certain brand name(ecco) in my size which the biggest is 13+1/2 here in the U.S. I wear a 15.They are the only ones I wear for work and since I stand a lot are the most comfortable of any shoe I have ever owned. I just about gave up ever finding them again and "very fortunetly" came across Pediwear and just wanted to express how grateful I am with finding my size and then also the VERY smooth transaction in buying and receiving a short time later. I will be buying shoes here from now on. A very good experience!! *****

I've bought shoes from pediwear for delivery to Australia for the last 7 years: always a good price; always delivered in reasonable time; always a discount and/or a free tie! Notes for international buyers: the VAT discount easily covers the postage and, if you like Loake then you can become a member and get a further discount. I compared Loake prices to local Oz dept store and they came out at less than half the price...

Chased delivery as my old shoes had suffered in the winter weather (but it had only been a few days). Arrived the following day with the offer of a discount on further purchases. I got the impression that the underlying retailer is the sort of established family firm that we used to see on many high streets with all its merits but this one has embraced internet sales. Seemed to be good, old quality values with real people to speak to in case of need (advice pre ordering, checked stock at warehouse). Just good service at a sensible price. I liked the cut of their jib!

Quick confirmation, and the shoes were, of course, great. Extra plus for the free shipping to Sweden, even though the wait for the delivery could have been a bit shorter. I'm sure this is not news for Pediwear, but their website is in desperate need for modernisation. It works, but just quite. All other comparable firms have websites that are much more user-friendly and modern.

One can only express satisfaction with Pediwear, each of my transaction have been polite, precise, and on time ... not to be found here in the colony.

I first used this company a couple of months ago, purely for the advice they gave me over the telephone. When my new shoes arrived, not only was the packaging far above the standard of any other company that I have used, the shoes were of very high quality, and free extras were an unexpected surprise. I have since purchased another pair of quality shoes from Pediwear and received the same High Quality Service. I have recently recommended them to my Optician who has received the same level of service. I only wish they sold other products, as life would be so much easier dealing with a company like them.
