I bought an beautiful pair of Loakes. Unfortunately the size was incorrect and I had to return them. Almost AUD$60... thats extortionate, but sadly it is the only method accepted for returns for a Shoe Box to be sent back to London. The replacement pair was handled quickly and delivered to me in Australia in about a week. I love the shoes! Thank you for your kind service, I'll definitely be back for more!

Not only is a good product important but also a fast delivery. I treated myself to a Loake care box and this was delivered within a reasonable time. A good shop which I will deal with again. A word of caution. I tried to buy a few small items and each item was priced individually for shipping not packaged together and priced as a single delivery. This made the purchase very expansive so I emptied the basket. If your buying single items then great, it you want a few items then Pediware need to help themselves by sorting out their postage policy otherwise it's cheaper on Amazon. Their policy is mentioned under Customer Services within their website. A star reduced because of the postage annoyance.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Pediwear as a source for high-end men's footwear: my experience has been so good that I doubt I will ever buy shoes from anyone else.

Had multiple contacts with customer service, as shoes were out-of-stock at the manufacturer. Pedi wear kept me well informed every step of the process.

I thought the process and service was excellent and felt it was also personnel. The fact that the box also contained free items was a nice touch. Unfortunately I had to return the shoes as they didn't fit and the refund process was also seamless. Good old fashioned Customer Service in my opinion.

This is a great product, quite expensive, but if it lives up to its reputation and the sales hype, then it will last a lifetime. The lack of 5 stars is probably more to do with the post than Pediwear - I ordered the hat to come in time for a holiday but it arrived two days after we'd left! My experience of the company itself was very professional and very helpful.
