It's difficult here in Russia to find good shoes with a suitable price. I was glad when I found Pediwear where Barker shoes had price two times lower than in Russia. The main problem is our russian post and customs. Due to that reasons we have to wait for the package for about month or even more.

Why would you go anywhere else. If they have the shoe you want I defy you to find better price and service.

The purchase experience was easy enough. Shipping time not bad considering coming from overseas. The boots I ordered which are Pediwear brand are only okay. They look nice and the materials seem pretty good quality, but comfort is definitely lacking. I would return them but the very strict return policy listed (which I didn't fully read ahead of time - that is stupidity on my part) and the very high cost of shipping (wow I had no idea that shipping a shoe box size item to the UK has gone up to over $50US!!) made me decide against it. I won't be buying from them again though because of these factors.

Fast turnaround. I ordered the wrong size due to my colleagues measuring error. Returns worked well and even though I was down return postage it was still cheaper than the shop in central Bristol. End result, a warm head in less than 2 weeks.

There's nothing badmto say about this company. Over almost a decade their products, pricing and communication has been first class. Pediwear is a perfect example of why bricks and mortar stores are on their deathbed.

I only ordered two tins of wax shoe polish. This was my first experience with Barkers and ordering by e mail was made so simple. I have four pairs of Barkers shoes, which were all gifts, so it will be put to good use.

Pricing structure is very competitive even compared to other Internet companies and Pediwear promote pricematching any other Internet price less a 10 percent discount. I tested this promised and they did exactly what they said without any hesitation. When I received my boots they included a personalised letter, personally signed which automatically enrolled me into their discount scheme for Loake footwear. It clearly worked as I bought another pair of Loake shoes within a few weeks. I then found a manufactures defect with my first pair which I returned to Pediwear to review and again they were very professional listening to everything I had to say. Once Loake confirmed the problem I was offered a replacement or refund. Very impressed

I placed an order for a pair of pair of shoess that were not available for around two months. The sellers at pediwear were however very nice and gave me a small discount plus some shoe cream so it was worth the waiting time. I call fully recommend this company.
